How to place an order

To place orders on the orderstamps.co.za, you require a user account.
To create a user account follow the register link on the home page or click here.
Your account will be linked directly to a preferred supplier who will be responsible for your rubber stamps.
Once you have an account you may now begin placing orders for rubber stamps online.

Step 1: Log into your account, this can be done on the home page or the login page.

Step 2: Click on the "Customise your own stamp online" link in the Make an Impression block associated with either Trodat or Colop to begin customising your rubber stamp. ONLY BRANDS STOCKED BY RELEVANT STATIONERS WILL BE AVAILABLE, EITHER TRODAT, COLOP or BOTH

Step 3: Select the product range you wish to purchase.

Step 4: Click the "Customise Stamp" button next to the rubber stamp you want.

Step 5: When you enter the Customise stamp screen, you will default onto the TEXT tab, fill in the text you require on the rubber stamp. Use the preview to make sure your text is exactly where you want it.

Step 5a: Use the Tabs at the top to customise the remaining information on the stamp ... Border, Graphics and Other info.

Step 5b: Select the colour of the stamp in the bottom left under the stamp picture.

Step 5c: Once you are completely satisfied with your stamp and have specified the relevant quantity etc (in the Other info tab), check the checkbox next to "The stamp in the preview window is the stamp that I want" NB. ONLY DO THIS WHEN YOU ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR STAMP

Step 5d: The process order button will now be clickable. Click this to process the order.

Step 6: Proof read and make sure that all the information entered is correct. If it is not you will have to return to the customise page and re-enter the information correctly. IF YOU ARE NOT LOGGED IN YOU WILL BE SENT BACK TO THE LOGIN SCREEN NOW TO DO SO.

Step 7: If all the information is correct, Click the place order button and the order will be placed.

Step 8: You will now get a confirmation email of your order and the order will appear under the "My orders" button when you are logged into your account.
